White Christmas
(for the first half of the month at least!)
It's true! Paul and I are driving down to Bako forChristmas. I can't believe it's been almost a year since we've even stepped foot in Cali! Wow time flies!
We set up our Christmas tree Thursday (we bought it on Tuesday or Wednesday but we didn't realize that it was a 10' tree... needless to say it took a lil' while to give it a "fir" cut!

The reason we hung our stocking on the wall (instead of on our wood burner) is because we didn't want them to be ashy or WORSE-- catch on fire! YIKES!
Since we're in our last week of school, it's FINALS time. Lucky for me, I'm only taking one class so my final will be a sinch.... but poor Pauly-- he has a lot more on his plate :( But, FRIDAY'S the day we make our LONG drive down (with me being preggo, we're estimating a couple more hours of travel-- this baby LOVES jumping on my bladder!).
So we'll see all of our Bakersfield friends in a week's time :)
