Family Halloween Party

I wonder if Paul could ever been Halloween-ed out. Perhaps he'll take a sabbatical from his work each year during the month of October, just so he can get his fill of pumpkin carving, making awesome costumes to scar(e) people, and decorating for our spook ally. Too bad we won't be doing it this year; darn getting sick. Paul's sunday school class was great-- they came over and helped build things for our spook-ally (like...ahem... a guillotine. Kind of ironic, huh?? Sunday school class making a guillotine. Hmm... Paul and I might need to have a heart-to-heart on this one! But then again, we played "Murder in the Dark" with the kids that came to our Halloween Party. Double hmmmmm.....)

Anyway...

The weekend prior to the teens' Halloween party, we had a FAMILY Halloween party (duh, considering the post title!)

So many people came-- it was great! Suzy brought 3 GALLONS of her famous Halloween soup. Is there an official name for that soup, or is it really "Halloween soup"? Triple hmmmmm....
As she carried it into the house, she was greeted by this lovely scare crow. Ya, this is Paul. That night, thanks to Paul's costume, we almost didn't get to enjoy Suzy's soup!!
